We always hope you’ll be happy with an order from us, however we completely understand if you change your mind. As long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. 

Please note that for sanitary reasons, we can only accept returns for earrings if they are unworn or faulty. We also cannot accept returns for personalised items, unless they are faulty or there is an error. 

We advise all customers to use a tracked service to return items and keep any receipts in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. For most returns, we will only be able to proceed once we have received the item back.

Once we’ve received the item(s) back, we'll process the return within 2 working days (usually much quicker!). Delivery costs are not refundable unless we are at fault.
